Our Client,a Market Leading Multinational IT Services company now has a new opportunity for a Senior Security Consultant to assist in heading up the IT Security side of the business.
Role purpose:
- To help build a successful Advisory Practice in Ireland working in conjunction with International Practice colleagues;
- Work closely with Business Analytics, Security, Technology, Cloud Services and Service Management consultants to win new consulting projects;
- Work closely with Vendor Partners and presales architects in the development of customer specific solutions;
- Identifying, evaluating and pursuing new project opportunities and winning deliverable and profitable work;
- Acting as lead consultant, providing continuity from conception through to the go-live of successfully projects in the client environment;
- Help to build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers;
- Participate in presentations and proposals for medium complex projects or elements of highly complex projects;
Candidate Profile:
- High level of commercial awareness and proven experience in business development;
- A degree or equivalent experience, in an engineering, science or technology-based discipline;
- Experience of working with multi-disciplinary technical specialists to deliver a coherent solution;
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally and articulate advice up to and including Board Level;
- Experienced in working with customers to influence their strategy;
- A solid understanding of business and technical information security concepts;
- Ability to work well under pressure, to meet deadlines and to manage multiple businesses and project expectations;
- Good experience of researching and seeking information;
- Experience of producing process flow diagrams, swim lanes, value chains etc;
- In addition, you must have a proven track record of outstanding performance and display a high level of people and business skills;
- Keen interest in technology as an enabler for business as well as the intellectual curiosity and energy;
