This role involves taking full ownership of projects related to the design, implementation, and delivery of both core and customer-facing networks.Key responsibilities include supporting enterprise organizations utilizing Cisco and Fortinet infrastructures, addressing escalations from junior team members, and collaborating with vendor partners for advanced troubleshooting and technical support. The position also involves secure remote access to customer infrastructures for troubleshooting network issues, leveraging tools such as Active Directory, SolarWinds, software deployment, monitoring and alerting systems, vulnerability assessments, backup and restore technologies, patch management, and RMM tools.
