Job Description
Our client is looking for a talented Salesforce Consultant, as a member of the Delivery team, the salesforce consultant supports our customers with their Salesforces systems, they are passionate about SFDC and want to help us here to promote customer happiness. The Salesforce Consultant plays a major part in designing, delivering and maintaining our salesforce customer’s projects.
Responsibilities:
• Pre-sales activities working with the sales team on estimating and customer meetings.
• Support the development of SFDC practice, creating documentation and process definitions on how to implement and support projects.
• Implement and support the SFDC projects.
• Deliver quality solutions to our customers
• Continue to study and complete certifications
Required:
• Must have 2 years working as an SFDC consultant
• SFDC certifications
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
