Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry or IT-related businesses, with a proven track record of supporting sales teams, managing inbound leads, and CRM systems. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize inbound leads, ensuring timely response and qualification.
- Collaborate with the sales team to distribute and assign leads effectively.
- Monitor lead progress and update the CRM system with relevant information.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update our CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate reports and provide insights on sales performance, pipeline, and trends.
- Assist in CRM customization and improvements to streamline sales processes.
Sales Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing travel arrangements when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Customer Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely information.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and agreements.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or similar role in an IT or IT-related business.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology is a plus.
