Sales Support Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry or IT-related businesses, with a proven track record of supporting sales teams, managing inbound leads, and CRM systems. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  1. Efficiently manage and prioritize inbound leads, ensuring timely response and qualification.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to distribute and assign leads effectively.
  3. Monitor lead progress and update the CRM system with relevant information.

CRM Management:

  1. Maintain and update our CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. Generate reports and provide insights on sales performance, pipeline, and trends.
  3. Assist in CRM customization and improvements to streamline sales processes.

Sales Team Support:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing travel arrangements when necessary.
  2. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Customer Communication:

  1. Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely information.
  2. Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

  1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and agreements.
  2. Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or similar role in an IT or IT-related business.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology is a plus.
