The role of Recruitment Consultant involves:
*As a Recruitment Consultant you will oversee the entire recruitment process managing both candidates and clients
*You will source candidates, cold call potential clients, interview candidates,shortlist and present candidates to clients and negotiate salaries beforeclosing the deal
*You will need to be self motivated and able to manage your own time
*You will have a direct influence over your salary and career progression
Candidate Requirements for Recruitment Consultants:
Your role will involve searching our Candidate database, numerous online job boards and fielding advert responses. You will also get involved with head hunting and using social media tools.
