The Role:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget with adherence to quality and compliance standards
• Successfully establish, maintain, and manage all external and internal relationships
• Assist with scope and deliverables definition, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, managing all changes using appropriate verification techniques
• Effectively apply project methodology and enforce project standards, using a creative and flexible approach to conflict/issue management and facilitation
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Risk management; reporting and escalating as needed
• Ensure availability of, and coordinate, resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Budget management and responsibility where necessary
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Competencies:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification
• 5+ years’ experience in a demanding IT Project Manager role
• Experience with the ServiceNow product
• Solid knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks required
• Business Analysis certification (advantageous)
Candidate should have first-hand experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules with multiple clients (minimum 3-4 prior implementations) with specific exposure to following modules –
• Incident management/Major incident management
• ServiceNow Portal
• Service Request management
• Catalogue Management
• Knowledge management
• Problem management
• Service level management
• Virtual Agent
• Mobile App
• Automation/Orchestration
• Integrations
• Event Management
• Candidate should have experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules with multiple clients (minimum 2-3 prior implementations) by managing one or more implementation partners.
• Candidate should have sufficient technical capability in above listed ServiceNow modules to be able to support/collaborate on technical decisions, negotiate on time/effort etc.
• Familiarity with Cherwell will be a plus.
