Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Microsoft server environment;
- Respond to Level 3 and Priority helpdesk tickets as required;
- Expert knowledge of MS – Active Directory, Windows server, 2003,2008, 2012 and 2016;
- Management of DNS, DHCP, Certificates, System logs;
- Excellent knowledge of maintaining server hardware, configuration, operating systems;
- Management of VMware 5.5 and 6.0;
- Strong working knowledge of MS SQL database management;
- Strong working knowledge of Exchange, DAG related email issues;
- Excellent knowledge of TCP /IP, configured in large environment of over 120 sites;
- Exposure to SAN environments is very beneficial;
- Expert knowledge in deploying Microsoft software patches utilising WSUS;
- Strong working knowledge of email filtering systems, i.e. Clear swift;
- Good working knowledge of next generation firewall appliances,Remote Access solutions i.e. Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet;
The role is a daily rate contract for a period up to 3 years, located at our client premises in Dublin 2
