Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer

Job Description

  • Work on Service Desk tickets that come in via phone or email or face to face
  • Daily client communications.
  • Daily tasks specific to client site.
  • PC rollout, networking and all other onsite requirements.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of client specific documentation.

To perform this job successfully, an individual really needs to possess the following personal traits:

Education and qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years working in a similar environment.
  • 3rd Level Diploma/Degree would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of fundamental networking principals.
  • Proven track record of learning with industry led certifications. E.g. CompTIA, MCSA. CCNA
