Job Description

Candidate requirements:

  • Have strong troubleshooting skills
  • Must enjoy working as part of a team
  • Hands on troubleshooting skills resolving a wide range of technical issues relating to Laptops, Desktops, Network Software
  • Diagnose and resolve Network related technical problems within Local Area & Wide area Network (WAN) environments
  • Installation and support of a wide range of networked hardware & software products including Windows 10
  • Knowledge of configuring Wireless technologies in a secure networked configuration
  • Represent the business in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service to our client’s end user community
  • Participate in I.T. projects / roll outs
  • Excellent written & verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly on the job
  • Work on your own initiative
