Our client is looking for a curious, tech-savvy and hands-on person who is eager to learn and deepen his or her expertise in ERP systems. The role requires someone who is resilient, patient, independent, and ready to function as a resident expert/internal consultant – successfully participating in projects and bridging the gap between functional and technical viewpoints. A successful candidate will be a strong problem solver and creative thinker with an inquisitive mind.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working with business representatives and users, and a variety of colleagues, to identify and understand their detailed business requirements;
• To provide an excellent customer service and value to end users;
• Work in accordance to company policies, procedures and standards;
• Deliver customer focused service that is of the highest standards;
• Help users work more effectively with new collaboration tools, including Office 365 to maximize efficiency and productivity. Be proactive by innovating and suggesting ways to better use new technologies;
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT;
• Software License Management & Compliance;
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures;
• Drive independently new implementations and upgrades of our operational ERP system (Odoo);
• Develop clean, readable, secure, and extensible Python code on our operational ERP system (Odoo);
• Development & execution of IT Strategy that aligns with business goals and facilitates growth and expansion of the company
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on site on different Odoo modules;
• Manage and communicate project status with all key stakeholders, including business owners and Executive Leadership.
Required:
• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent relevant experience;
• Team Player, willing to share knowledge and pitch in wherever needed;
• You have technical and functional experience implementing ERP;
• Good coding and a good knowledge of Python;
• Expert Customer Service skills;
• 3-4 years’ previous experience in a similar role;
• Good knowledge of business process;
• Previous desktop support experience;
• Demonstrated self-starter who can adapt quickly between roles, duties and tasks;
• Outlook in an Exchange / Office 365 environment;
Desirable Requirements:
• Experience with Odoo;
• Self-organized;
• Python, JavaScript, HTML;
• Previous experience in Open Source systems;
• Experience in AWS ( WorkDocs );
