Job Description
Essential Skills
- 5+ years Microsoft Server (2003, 2008, 2012) administration and solution design experience;
- Experienced in the design and delivery of Enterprise Level Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 (HA solutions)
- Experienced with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies;
- Experienced in the design and delivery of virtualisation solutions – server and/or desktop (VMWare and/or Hyper V);
- Experienced in the design and delivery of enterprise level High Availability solutions (i.e. Hyper-V Replica, VMWare HA, Microsoft Clustering);
- Experienced in the design and delivery of enterprise level High Availability solutions (i.e. Hyper-V Replica, VMWare HA, Microsoft Clustering);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Documentation processes and procedures, developing tenders and proposals;
- Scripting and/or PowerShell;
- Good troubleshooting skills;
- Microsoft Certification;
Desirable Skills
- Software as a Service experience (Office 365);
- Infrastructure as a Service expertise (Azure);
- Experienced in design and administration of Microsoft System Centre suite (SCCM, SCOM);
- Business Continuity Planning;
