JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a leading telecoms service provider based in Dublin, is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
• To take inbound calls within the customer base
• Consistently close new business subject to a monthly target
• To achieve minimum sales targets by ensuring that all sales leads are identified, confirmed with the customer, and then converted on the first customer call
• Recognise sales opportunities and up-sell the current customer base
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of proven Sales/Customer service experience with a record of consistently exceeding targets
• Previous experience as a Sales Professional in a fast paced target driven environment as an Account Executive, sales representative
• Experience selling in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience with short sales cycles and closing consumer accounts
• Background in telecommunication service sales strongly preferred
• Strong ability to foster meaningful business relationships
• Ability to speak in front of people
• Proficiency using Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and the Internet
• Telesales Experience within a Contact Centre Environment
• Excellent Written and Verbal English Skills
