Dynamics CRM Developer – 6+ Month Contract
Our Client is looking to hire a Dynamics CRM Developer Contractor in Dun Laoghaire. The system is used to help our client’s customer facing staff to manage interactions. The contractor will have experience in Dynamics CRM along with Office 365 deployment/support.
Main duties will include:
• Collection, categorization and quality control of data
• Working with business units to identify workflows
• Assisting in the design, setup and configuration of the system
• Providing training and support to end users
• Producing project documentation and training material
• Designing reports for senior management
• Making changes and adding to the configuration of the system
• Further developing and enhancing the system
Desired:
• Candidates must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and are expected to have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will have a strong IT background with experience in the configuration and management of similar systems.
• A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business / IT), along with qualifications in IT Project Management and/or industry qualifications in Dynamics CRM (or equivalent) and Office 365 would be advantageous.
