• As part of our expansion, our client is looking to add a Cloud & Data Center technical presales specialist to our growing team based in City West Dublin.
• There is an excellent career path on offer and the ideal candidate will be encouraged to constantly keep abreast of new technologies and certifications as required.
• As part of the role, we are ideally looking for someone with experience in designing and positioning data center technologies such as three tier architecture, Hyperconverged architecture and software defined data center technologies.
• Any cloud experience around AWS or Azure would be a major plus.
• This position is part of the sales team and may suit an individual with technical engineering background looking to move into a more solution selling and presales customer-facing role.
• You will interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.
• You will provide value to prospects and customers through solutions, thus supporting the sales cycle.
Experience Required:
• Three tier data center architecture such as vblock, Flex Pod etc
• Experience selling and positioning leading SAN technologies from Dell, Netapp, IBM etc.
• Exposure to Hyper converged solutions from Dell, Cisco, Nutanix.
• Certifications in cloud technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Act as key technical contact to support the sales cycle
• Excellent documentation skills
