Excellent opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading IT Systems Integrators, in a senior role offering their broad solution portfolio to the Irish market.
Our client are currently expanding their team and have a requirement to add an experienced and proven Account Director, delivering significant revenue streams from new and existing customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve Sales Margin target by selling our client Solutions.
• Independent generation of leads within your key accounts (alongside solid lead generation support).
• Close business opportunities in each account by identifying/targeting key decision makers and positioning our client Solutions
• Forge and Maintain trusted relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Accurate forecasting to Sales Management
• Preparing Proposals, coordinating RFP tenders, working closely with Pre-Sales team
• Successful negotiation and conclusion of contracts named accounts.
• Maintain outstanding customer service by adhering to organisation standards.
REQUIRED:
• A background and track record in complex Enterprise Technology Sales is essential
• High level of commercial awareness and proven experience in business development
• Proven track record in meeting and surpassing commercial targets
• Strong presentation skills, particularly in a C-level environment
• A positive, confident and determined approach to managing client relationships
• High energy levels and the ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
• Laser focused, proactive and accountable.
• Ability to cross sell new offerings into existing accounts.
• Strong ability to negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications, with an entrepreneurial mind-set.
• Confident, energetic and inquisitive manner and a willingness to share knowledge is a must.
