Job Description
Provide Technical Support for Current and future IT systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support and services for systems integrations, data mapping, workflow design, hardware, OS support and database changes;
- Perform system installations and upgrades;
- Diagnose software and hardware issues and work with other members of the services and engineering teams to identify and resolve problems;
- Communicate clearly with business users;
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Support the business in change management in defining business requirements;
- Analyse and document these requirements for the business and other stakeholders within IT and the business;
- Provide application support as required;
- Exploring and identifying ways to support users helping them to work more efficiently;
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for IT management;
- Travel;
- Other ad hoc duties;
Knowledge and Experience:
- A strong understanding of Navision and MS SQL;
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and Systems;
- Administration of Microsoft platforms (Windows 2008, Windows 2012);
- Virtualization (HyperV);
- Office365 Administration;
- Knowledge of Networking (LAN,WAN, Cisco, SonicWALL, WatchGuard);
- Administration of SAN platforms;
- Monitoring of Systems;
- Release management and change control processes;
- Understanding of project methodologies;
- HyperV administration;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Vendor Management;

Qualification:
- 3 - 4 years experience in a similar position;
- 3rd Level Business/IT degree;
