A senior sales position is available within our clients expanding team . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with extensive technical B2B experience.
Overview of Key Responsibilities
- Full sales & revenue responsibility;
- Develop sales plan with appropriate geographical, sectoral, pricing & channel structures;
- Organisation hiring and management of designated sales team;
- Implementing sales processes including pipeline measurement and reporting and quotas;
- Develop and implement sales selling cycle and methodology;
- Development and negotiations of customer and channel contracts;
Desired Skills and Experience
- 8+ years in a sales management role in a technology, networking, or software company;
- Experience in direct enterprise sales;
- Experience in managing a growing sales team;
- Must hold relevant Cisco sales certifications;
- Outstanding sales team building and active team management experience;
- Technology business experience in Ireland;
- Experienced negotiator, self-motivated, strong organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines without supervision, and be comfortable presenting technology demonstrations to all levels ranging from engineers/business analysts to C-level executives;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical staff;
