Sales and Marketing Support

Job Description

Our Client are leading specialists in the areas of hardware leasing systems. They are now recruiting for Sales Support Executive role in their fast paced Sales & Marketing Department in their headquarters in Dublin 18.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Marketing team;
  • Preparation of sales quotes & proposals;
  • Updating sales pipeline;
  • Taking and distributing messages;
  • Diary management;
  • Assistance with preparation of tenders;
  • Create and manage project folders;
  • Ad-hoc administration printing, copying, posting, filing;
  • Marketing campaign assistance;
  • Compilation and distribution of key sales & marketing reports;
  • Assistance with development of marketing material and other product literature, copy proofing where required;
  • Develop a good understanding of our client's sales techniques;
  • Building key relationships across company Departments;
  • Utilise sales force CRM;
  • Any other ad hoc duties that arise;

Skills Required

  • 3rd Level Qualification or relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Strong Excel capabilities (formulas) and spreadsheet creation;
  • Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets as part of the team;
  • Attention to detail with figures for costing and reporting purposes;
  • Solution & Product Knowledge (training provided);
  • Reporting capabilities;
  • Managing sales calls & support;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels;
  • Good communication skills –ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
  • Planning and organisation: strong time management and organisational skills, ability to prioritise  tasks;
  • Computer literate – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm;
  • Occasional out of hours work required;

Essential requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales support role - Office role preferably;
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment;
  • Client focused attitude;
  • Eager to learn and progress;
  • Self motivated and organized;
  • A good team player with a professional yet personable manner;
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated and willing to learn;
