The role requires a candidate with Technical support skills and experience implementing systems based on the following technologies -
• Linux Ubuntu/Centos/SAMBA
• Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
• Microsoft Windows 10 / Mac OSX
• Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
• Fortigate Firewall
• Vmware/Vsphere
• VOIP/Free PBX/ Asterisk
• Veeam Backup/Ahsay Backup
• Fibre Channel SAN Solutions
• Brocade Fibre Channel Switches
• Dell N series switching
• Cisco
• Amazon Web Services
• Barracuda
Note - Candidate does not necessarily need to be familiar with all technologies as training can be provided.
Candidate should demonstrate:

• Expert knowledge in how operating systems and TCP/IP
• Interpersonal skills as they will regularly be in contact with customers and colleagues

• Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
