Job Description
About You:
- you will need between 2 and 4 years’ experience, must have in-house experience, working in a fast paced environment within a Recruiting / Coordination role preferably within a professional services or IT environment
- Ability to source active and passive candidates
- Must be able to work well independently with a high level of responsibility
- Highly pro-active with ability to prioritise & multitask
- Very well structured, organised, and detail oriented
- Strong communicator and ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
- Understands the commercial implications of decisions and actions by Recruitment
- Not afraid to make decisions and remain strong on these when pushed by others
- Proven track record of executing volume recruitment while managing more specialist briefs
- Experience of applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing tools
Operational Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels to generate a pipeline of the best candidates
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Define and manage Graduate programme from attraction to selection
- Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates
- Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists and employee referrals
- Screen applications, conduct interviews and manage candidates in process
- Utilise and update social media networks
- Develop initiatives to continue driving a positive candidate experience
Strategic:
- Devise and implement ways to attract passive candidates
- Leverage fresh and innovative practices to source great talent, and match them to the right opportunities
- Develop creative attraction and assessment techniques
- Build and manage a pipeline of candidates with niche skill sets
- Provide market trends information and build market intelligence to support recruiting plans
- Establish recruiting needs in partnership with key stakeholders and translate these into viable, cost effective action plans
- Be a people role model and support the wider HR team in becoming a high performing team
