Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Internal Sales Executive. The role is to manage all customer activity to deliver an excellent customer experience while selling their products and services. This person will manage all of the resources available to them in order to deliver results as part of the larger organisation. This person will understand all of our client’s product offerings and the competitive landscape. They will have a customer first mentality and will be recognised for excellent customer service. This individual will work under general supervision but will be capable of working on their own initiative and implementing campaigns to deliver additional business.
- Handle inbound phone leads in a professional manner
- Make professional outbound calls to prospective clients
- Be able to forecast your business on a weekly basis
- Gather and record client details while maintaining and updating CRM system
- Increase client’s interests in our clients products and services available
- Cooperate on the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage Customer contracts
- Foster a positive working environment within your department and the wider organisation
- Maintain a strong level of technical competency on all our clients offerings, both hardware and software
- Develop an understanding of the market you work in and the customers you serve
- Contribute to projects and other duties as required
- Work to achieve all defined KPI’s
Requirements
- 1-2 years telesales/ inside sales account experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills over the phone
- Strong organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, pay attention to detail and operate successfully in a changing environment
- Strong Customer service mentality
- Integrity
- An interest and basic knowledge of technology, Hardware, PC's, Servers etc
