· Generating revenue: getting multiple stakeholders aligned and closing the deal
· Managing deals: At any one time you may have a number of live deals,you’ll need to be organised.
· Connecting with prospects: mainly through outbound approaches
attending conferences and getting creative
· Process improvement: using the existing foundations to “build the machine” of the sales function
. B2B sales experience is a must.
The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, relationship management or key account management in a corporate, banking or consultancy background. They will need to have experience finding and establishing new contacts and relationship and managing and nurturing existing high value relationships. They will have been successful in generating a flow of quality sales leads from these alliances.
· Demonstrated success in a business development role
