• Support development/management of presentations,planning and organisation of Customer Demonstrations
• Facilitate/Arrange Customer Visits and other customer facing requirements to the highest industry standards.
• Market Research work to report on Prospects,Customers and Competitors – Is this market the right one for us?
• CRM Management for a small team and maintenance of all records online in real-time with the capability to produce ad hoc weekly, monthly reporting
• Analysing and Reporting of Data inclusive of producing graphs, info graphics and PowerPoint reporting
• Ownership of Financial Calculations for Release withing the business
• Support, and Potentially Own, Customer Bids –Coordination of the Bid Team with customer requirements, responses, group meetings, solution design coordination
• Ability to take on other roles and responsibilities as and when requires as the role grows.
