Accounts Assistant - Maternity Contract

Job Description

Our Client, a leading telecoms company headquartered in Dublin 16 now has a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant to cover a Maternity Contract

· Knowledge and understanding of managing Creditors, Debtors ledgers and reconciliation

· Knowledge and understanding of Bank Reconciliations

· Knowledge and understanding of VAT and VAT Returns

· Data Entry of Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Receipt Expenses Allocation

· Data Entry of new sales records, purchase records, nominal records, product records etc

· Preferably Experience of Sage Accounts Software but not essential or other Accounts software exposure

· Manual filing

· Attention to detail a must
