Office Manager/Administrator:

 
An experienced Administrator/Manager is required for this expanding company.
Fantastic opportunity to get involved with a dynamic, well-established company, working in a really supportive Office Team. Your main responsibilities will include: Reception, including post / telephone calls / greeting and assisting clients & visitors. Administration support to the management team. Preparing any correspondence (mail-merge) and reports. Updating company database and systems, including Excel. Dealing with general queries as they arise. Assist with orders for office supplies and equipment.
Maintaining and updating social networks.
 
It is really important that you have previous Administration / Reception experience along with strong Microsoft skills (especially Excel).
Good communication is vital and impeccable trustworthiness should be a given.
An interest in marketing would be a huge plus.
You must have a professional and friendly attitude and appearance!
