The primary function of the Senior Product Manager is focused on ensuring that the product vision for the business is effectively implemented within the product portfolio and product line in line with the Industry landscape. These functions include: 

  • Overall Product Portfolio management and coordination 
  • Product/Market strategy and requirements definition, documentation, and evolution 
  • Coordinates and leads Product Pricing and licensing strategy per market segment 
  • Long term competitive strategy design and evaluation (Redundancy etc) 
  • Competitive analysis of markets, products, competitors, technologies 
  • Business plan including margin analysis, cost reduction strategies, product mix 
  • ROI analysis 
  • Driving innovation across the teams 
  • Product Customer commitments 
  • Supporting sales in the business winning process 
  • OEM relationships/partnering 
  • Product elimination decisions – Evaluations of Product performance and market analysis. 
  • Attending and presenting at industry seminars 
  • Participating with standards bodies where appropriate 
  • Customer and partner RFP’s 
  • White papers (creating and reviewing) 
  • Management of the team hiring, objective setting, performance management etc

Requirements

Minimum experience required: 5 years’ experience minimum in a similar role 

Desired level of education: Third Level Degree

What you will bring to us: 

The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of business process understanding, listening, technical design, and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the commercial element of the sales process and aligning solutions within appropriate budgetary confines. 

  • Product Management, Strategy and relevant industry products knowledge 
  • Product pricing and licensing model knowledge 
  • Financial analysis and comparative analysis capability 
  • Industry knowledge, specifically around the Integrity360 portfolio of solutions and vendors 
  • Planning, program management, delegation and mentoring 
  • Able to work with virtual teams 
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT Security industry. 
  • Presentation-ready knowledge and expertise on key InfoSec services, technologies and solutions. 
  • Able to travel from time to time within short notice. 
  • Aptitude for solving problems and acting on own initiative 
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies 
  • Effective communicator with a positive and confident attitude both written and verbally 
  • Good written skills with capability to create well formatted reports 
  • Fluent English speaker. 
  • A strong team player with a flexible approach
  • Can demonstrate consistency in their work attitude
